Our Music Ministry

“The primary role of music in the Liturgy is to help the members of the gathered assembly to join themselves with the action of Christ and to give voice to the gift of faith.”

# 125 Sing to the Lord: Music in Divine Worship

Contact Us

Music (especially song) is a core feature

and expression of our humanity. When experienced in worship, it offers us repeated opportunity to engage in the “full, active & conscious participation” to which the liturgical reforms of Vatican II call us.   Music Ministry at Saint Thomas More acts as servant to our liturgies – offering diversity in expression and experience for the purpose of building up the Body of Christ.
